Welcome to Nudicci. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Nudicci. We’re a Sweden-based project offering photographic prints, limited editions, and memorabilia. Some items are printed on demand, others are kept in stock. Production time is up to 10 business days but often much faster.
Prices and payments. All prices are in EURO (€) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Squarespace Payments. Buyers might be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Shipping. We ship from Sweden to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary by region. Delivery times usually range from 2–20 business days depending on location. We ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. Delivery times depend on your location and production schedule. We can’t control customs or carrier delays once the parcel has shipped. Buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Copyright and usage. All images, artworks, and texts on this site are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
Liability. We’re not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping services or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing law. These terms follow Swedish law, and any disputes will be handled under Swedish jurisdiction.

2. Return Policy

We hope you love your order, but if something’s off, we’ll do our best to make it right.
14-day return period. You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it for a refund (excluding shipping, taxes, and import fees). Items must be in original condition and packaging. You cover return shipping. Before returning anything, please contact us at nudicci@droyc.com for instructions and the return address.
After 14 days
We may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, depending on the case. Get in touch and we’ll find a fair solution.
Refunds by Edition Tier
Refund and exchange conditions vary depending on the edition tier of your print.
All orders are eligible for a full cash refund within 14 days of delivery.
After 14 days and up to 60 days from delivery, refunds convert to store credit or partial cash refunds, depending on the tier and rarity of the edition.
To keep things transparent, each tier follows its own structure:
Silver Open Edition – 14 days full cash refund, or 100% store credit up to 60 days.
Gold Open Edition – 14 days full cash refund, or 100% store credit / 50% cash refund up to 60 days.
Gold Limited Edition, Unique, and Test Prints – 14 days full cash refund, or 100% store credit / 80% cash refund up to 60 days.
Platinum Tier – 14 days full cash refund, or 100% store credit / 75% cash refund up to 60 days, based on the last edition price, not the original purchase price.

Damaged or wrong items
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days and include photos. We’ll replace or refund it.
International shipping
We ship internationally where possible. Taxes, import duties, and customs fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We ship worldwide from Sweden — safely, discreetly, and as efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find estimated delivery times and shipping costs by region.
Processing time. Most orders ship within 10 business days.

Canada & LATAM €55: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay.
APAC €65: Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
MENA €75: Egypt, Israel, Morocco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates.
US: ⛔ Recent tariff changes in the US mean the old de minimis exemption no longer applies. All packages sent to the US may now be subject to duties and taxes, which has complicated shipping — many EU carriers have even suspended their operations. If you’re in the US and really want to get a print from Nudicci, contact us by email and we’ll do our best to find a custom solution.
Packaging. All items are packed carefully in unbranded, discreet packaging. We use protective sleeves and rigid mailers or tubes depending on size.
Customs and duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Tracking. Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Nudicci is a small, independent art project based in Sweden. We sell photographic prints, editions, and other memorabilia — but your personal data isn’t one of them. We take privacy seriously and only collect what’s needed to process your order or stay in touch.
What we collect
When you browse, order, or subscribe, we collect:
Your name, address, and contact details for shipping.
Payment details handled securely through Stripe or Squarespace Payments (we never see your full card info).
Basic cookies and analytics data that help us understand traffic and improve the site.
What we use it for
To process and deliver your order.
To send updates or newsletters (only if you’ve subscribed).
To improve the site’s performance and content.
We never sell or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Data storage and security. Your data is stored securely and only for as long as needed for orders, tax, and legal purposes. Then it’s deleted.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at nudicci@droyc.com if you wish to make any changes.
