We’ve designed our return policy with the same care we put into our art. It reflects confidence in the way we stand behind what we sell. Returns aren’t a privilege—they’re built in. Buying art should be easy and enjoyable, not stressful or risky. We’ve tried to recognize the different situations collectors may face and address each one clearly in our return policy. Your taste might shift. You might want to try something else. That’s completely normal - and part of the journey of collecting art. That’s why we focus on exchange, upgrade, or reinvestment instead of just handing cash back.

Every edition tier has its own production cost and level of scarcity, so the return terms reflect that difference. The result is a system that makes buying art from Nudicci feel safe, fair, and, we hope, genuinely exciting. Let’s look at it.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Change your mind? You have 14 days upon receiving the print to send it back to us. We’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Simply cover return shipping, and we’ll handle the rest. Original shipping costs, taxes and import fees are non-refundable, only the price of the print itself.

From Day 15 to Day 60

The door stays open with flexible options—store credit or partial cash refund—tailored to the edition tier and the piece’s uniqueness. This framework safeguards collectors, preserves the integrity of limited works, and sustains the creative ecosystem we all share. Dive into the details for each tier below.

Every print is backed by a 14-day full cash refund—no matter the tier, no exceptions. You’re covered from day one. Any differences in policy only apply after day 14.

Examples

If you bought a Silver print for €100 (excluding taxes and shipping), you’ll receive €100 back if you let us know within 14 days of receiving it and return it in good condition. If, on the other hand, after living with it for a month you discover that you really love the image and want to upgrade to a large Gold edition, you can return the Silver print and receive €100 in store credit to spend on any new piece. You’ll be effectively using your refund to partly fund your upgrade to a Gold edition.

For Gold Open Editions, after day 14 and up to day 60, you can choose between a 100% store credit or a 50% cash refund. If a print cost €200 you will receive €100 in cash refund or €200 in store credit.

For Gold Limited EditionsUnique Prints, and Test Prints, after day 14 and up to day 60, you can choose between a 100% store credit or an 80% cash refund.

For Platinum Editions, after day 14 and up to day 60, you can choose between a 120% store credit or an 80% cash refund. For example, if you bought your print for €500, you might receive €600 in store credit or €400 in cash. The 120% extended credit is designed to reward most loyal collectors who want ti reinvest in future releases.

Please note, returned prints must be carefully packed and protected during shipping. Refunds are approved after inspection — if any damage is found, a reduced refund rate may apply. We’ll always discuss it with you first. A small tip is to hold on to the original packaging until you’re sure you want to keep your print. It makes returns much safer and easier.

IMPORTANT. Do not ship returns without first contacting us for a return number and full instructions. Packages with no return number will be refused.
